The hotel's location near the train station was super convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff, especially Luca at the reception, were incredibly helpful and made excellent recommendations for daily plans. The room was comfortable and had a nice view.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. I paid a bit more and got a new, clean, and warm room with large windows that offered a stunning Mountain View. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning! Secondly, the staff were very attentive to detail and provided me with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked dishes and the Italian coffee.

The hotel was strategically located near the train and bus stations which made it easy for us to travel around the area. we appreciated the comfortable and stylish rooms that were spacious and came with good WIFI. the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to offer us great customer service.

The breakfast menu was limited and lacked variety. we found the view from our room unsatisfactory as it was partially blocked by surrounding buildings, and it was challenging to see the lake.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the delicious restaurant was conveniently located near the train station making it a perfect stop during our travels.

While the breakfast lacked variety, we were much more impressed by the wonderful dinner and spa facilities.
